Watchers comment on tickets

I have a space configured to send email to the notification list, assignee and reporter only (I don’t want to bombard everyone with ticket changes).

However, if a watcher comments on a ticket, and that ticket is later changed, they do not become involved in the ticket via email. Is there a way to add them to the notification list (either automatically or manually)? From what I can tell, they need to be promoted to members to be able to appear on the notification list, unless I’ve missed something.

Hi Richard, currently Watchers cannot be designated in the Notification List or Assigned To field. You may want to consider using the Support Tickets tool for Watchers (https://www.assembla.com/wiki/show/breakoutdocs…).
