I have the very same problem, but I did not edit any options when the problem occurred. I can’t even get a backup out of the db. http://trac-git.assembla.com/excitingDFT/admin/ This is a very serious problem |

and yet another one… we also have the same problem. our trac was in use but didnt worked for all of our team members. but now no one of us can (again) access any of the trac pages (including the admin page, saying “no admin pages available”). can one of you admins fix this problem in the project Metaphor ( http://trac.assembla.com/Metaphor_Project/admin ). what causes these problems and how to ensure this do not happen again? thanks so far |

i dont want to bother to much, but is this going to be repaired? we really need the trac system to be in place again and it is hard for us to replace the trac by common messages and tools not directly associated with our project. by the way, we have the suggestion, that the reason for this problem rely on the admin page within the trac system. if someone (like us) tries (for example) to add a new user to the trac, than the admin page also loads the plugin settings, but sets the relaod/enable plugin checkbox to true by default, nevertheless if the plugins are already enabled or not. if this indeed causes the trac admin pages to be disabled, there should be at least a warning or something similar that changing any setting of the trac also re-applys the plugins. best greetings sebatsian |

Fixed, starting with next release you will be able to fix such errors with trac reset permissions button on Trac/Svn page. |
