ETA on adding custom Trac plugins

Just wondering what the ETA on adding custom Trac plugins is… (if you guys are even considering it.)

As an alternative… could you install a bunch of the good ones and we can just enable/disable them?

There’s one that I REALLY need… PeerReview.. any chance of allowing that one?
