      <description>&lt;p&gt;trac2 still down? can&amp;#8217;t access /PROJECTNAME/report/3&lt;br /&gt;after about five minutes I get &lt;span class="caps"&gt;HTTP&lt;/span&gt; Auth, then another five minutes &lt;span class="caps"&gt;HTTP&lt;/span&gt; Auth again,&lt;br /&gt;this goes on forever.&lt;/p&gt;</description>

	&lt;p&gt;Not Found&lt;/p&gt;


	&lt;p&gt;The requested &lt;span class="caps"&gt;URL&lt;/span&gt; /PROJECTNAME/browser was not found on this server.&lt;/p&gt;


	&lt;p&gt;This happens both on trac and trac2 (I have projects on both).&lt;/p&gt;</description>
